North Carolina made it to the NCAA women's Final Four in Boston this past March before losing to eventual-champion Maryland. If last night is any indication, things will continue to look bright for the Tar Heels. Jessica Breland, who is from Bertie County and has signed with North Carolina, scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the East defeated the West 80-67 in the East-West All-Star Game at the Greensboro Coliseum.
