Kevin Love to Announce Tuesday

North Carolina's top basketball target in the Class of 2007 is ready to make his decision. Kevin Love, ranked No. 2 in the rising senior class by Scout.com, will make an announcement on Tuesday afternoon at the Big Time Tournament. "Something just clicked for me and I decided it was time [to decide]," Love told reporters Sunday night at the Las Vegas tournament. (Inside Carolina)
