Combining UNC’s rebounding domination (53-25) with incredible proficiency from 3-point range doomed Western Carolina, even after the Catamounts jumped to a 5-0 lead. The Tar Heels quickly made it a laugher, using a 20-0 run and an eight-minute WCU scoring drought to roll into the exam break with a 104-61 victory Wednesday, with 51 of those points from freshmen.
