Spenser Dalton: Thoughts on UNC vs. Western Carolina


The Tar Heels ran all the variations of the run-and-jump defenses, a combination of double-teams and heavy pressure once the ball passes half court. It is always a plus to run these defenses in real game situations, as the blue squad in practice always knows that it’s coming and gradually learns how to pick it apart. WCU ended up turning the ball over 15 times. (Thoughts From a Walk-On)
