Kevin Love, a 6-foot-9, 260-pound post player ranked as the No. 2 overall high school basketball player, said Tuesday he will attend UCLA. Love chose the Bruins and Coach Ben Howland over North Carolina and Coach . "With all due respect to both coaches, Coach Howland is the best," Love said.
