Kevin Love picks UCLA over UNC

Kevin Love, North Carolina coach Roy Williams' latest major recruiting target from the West coast, announced today in Las Vegas that he would head south instead of east. The standout player from Lake Oswego, Ore., said in an afternoon press conference that he had officially committed to UCLA. Love, a 6-foot-9, 250-pound power forward rated the No. 2 overall recruit in the class of 2007, will become UCLA's featured big man immediately.
