Carolina posts SACSCOC letter to Folt clarifying position on NCAA findings

Dear Dr. Folt: I am writing to you after having read the article written by Dan Kane that appeared in a North Carolina newspaper last Thursday. I have no doubt that it must have created much consternation at the University.
