When he was with the Carolina Panthers during their Super Bowl season two years ago, now-retired defensive end Jared Allen talked proudly about how he kept track of all the quarterbacks he’d sacked during his career. “He’s in my book,” Allen would say when asked about a particular quarterback. That’s not the case with Julius Peppers.
