Q&A With John Bunting, North Carolina
Posted Aug 14, 2006
Though NUNC has been to just two bowl games in John Bunting's five seasons, Virginia Tech, Florida State and Miami are the only teams with ACC records better than the Tar Heels' 9-7 in the past two years. North Carolina hired promising offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti from Fresno State during the offseason, then gave him a difficult assignment. He must get junior transfer Joe Dailey to improve on his mediocre numbers from Nebraska or make redshirt freshman Cameron Sexton a quick study at quarterback.
