UNC football team becoming more democratic

Bunting's willingness to listen has come a long way in the last few years, his players said, and that has gone a long way toward building team morale. "A long time ago when I first got here, he used to be more of a dictator," senior linebacker Larry Edwards said. "It was his way or the highway. Now, he's made steps toward becoming a players' coach. He asks for our input. He understands that our team wants to make that step of taking our game to the next level, so he's trying to help make that possible."
