Four-star forward Ian Steere cites distance in decision to decommit from Creighton

Creighton’s 2018 recruiting class has lost a key piece. Ian Steere, a four-star forward from North Carolina, disclosed Friday that he no longer intends to join the Bluejays’ basketball program next season. Shortly after reports surfaced from multiple recruiting analysts — first by Julius Kim of Elevate Hoops — Steere confirmed to The World-Herald that he did indeed decommit from CU.
