Why North Carolina, Duke aren't bringing players to ACC basketball media day

New rules regarding the amount of time college athletes are required to spend on their sports will keep players from some schools from attending the ACC's basketball media day. In July, Power Five conference schools adopted new measures to limit college athletes' time devoted to athletic-related activity. One of those rules included the athletes' media requirements.
