Anthony Ratliff-Williams could be on his way to becoming UNC's new No. 1 receiver target. The converted quarterback displayed big-play ability against the Devils with five grabs for 125 yards and a score. Two of those receptions came on 35- and 45-yard catches at the end of the second quarter to help UNC tie the game at 10. After Ratliff-Williams, the situation gets murky.
