When North Carolina hosts Duke on Saturday, it won’t be the glorified bye week it once was for the Tar Heels. As coach Larry Fedora’s injury-plagued squad limps into Week 4, the injuries along UNC’s offensive and defensive lines are staggering. A coaching staff doesn’t usually anticipate a situation that dire at this stage of the season. The absences have piled up.
