Tyler Ramirez Earns MiLB Gold Glove

Former UNC outfielder Tyler Ramirez was named one of nine recipients of the 2017 Rawlings Gold Glove Award for defensive excellence, Minor League Baseball and Rawlings announced this week. Ramirez, who played at UNC from 2014-16, is a member of the Oakland A's organization. Ramirez did not commit an error in 168 total chances playing primarily left field.
