Julius Peppers reintroduces himself during Carolina Panthers home opener

This was Julius Peppers’ first regular season home game as a Panther since 2009. So in Luke Kuechly’s mind, it was a no-brainer to let Peppers savor the moment. Being the last one to run out of the tunnel is an honor that has been reserved for the faces of the franchise. “It’s Julius Peppers man!,” Kuechly said. “He deserves that with everything he’s brought to this franchise.”
