North Carolina is going to win more football games than it loses this year. There you go: a public pronouncement that can be judged in time. The guess here is 7-5 at the end of the regular season. This team, which kicks off the season against Rutgers at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in Kenan Stadium, will be examined from all angles. Anyone who watches the Tar Heels with interest, whether that be professional or personal, should go ahead and make a prediction now.
