Redshirt freshman Chazz Surratt started over Week 1 starter Brandon Harris and completed 12 of 14 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. He didn't play in the second half after taking an early hit to his back. Harris, an LSU graduate transfer who had a mistake-filled opener, looked much sharper than a week earlier and threw for 216 yards and a score.
