UNC's O-line has new mentality under Weber

Mark Weber does more than preach a hard-hat mentality. He illustrates it with actual hard hats. Six of them are lined up in a room inside the Kenan Football Center where North Carolina's offensive linemen meet with their coach. The offensive linemen are rebuilding their approach to the game under the supervision of Weber, laying the foundation for an offense that lacks experience at quarterback and wide receiver.
