A lot of the kids you recruit want to be "The Man" or get the bulk of the carries if they come to your school. Ultimately they all want to play in the NFL. It helps when they see both of UNC's running backs drafted in the same year. Both of those guys were invited to the NFL Combine in the same year. Only three other schools had multiple backs at the combine.
