It should come as no surprise that North Carolina extended an offer to Armando Bacot this week. For most Tar Heel fans, they will immediately think of Kennedy Meeks when they see Bacot. North Carolina is also the most recent offer for 5-star point guard Ashton Hagans. The Tar Heels will be a heavy favorite for Hagans, though Auburn remains the program to beat.
