Hornets bolstering roster with former Tar Heels, but latest signees are long shots
Posted Aug 5, 2017
The signings this week of Marcus Paige, Isaiah Hicks, T.J. Williams and Louisville center Mangok Mathiang bring the Hornets’ roster to 17, the most players coach Steve Clifford prefers to bring to training camp. Hicks and Williams are probably long shots to make the Hornets’ season roster, and they could end up on the Hornets’ G-League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm.
