What would Mary Garber do if she could see the children’s picture book “Miss Mary Reporting”? I think she’d offer a wry comment and change the subject to something else — football, most likely. And if there were any business that needed attending to, she’d attend to it. But I also think there’d be a twinkle in the eyes behind those granny glasses, and a little smile on her face.
