UNC remembers our military

On Memorial Day, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill remembers all the men and women who lost their lives during military service to the country. The more than 700 UNC graduates who died in battle or in training accidents during time of war are honored on campus with the Carolina Alumni Memorial in Memory of Those Lost in Military Service, located next to Memorial Hall.
