After three weeks of ACC football, the teams are beginning to show their true colors and establish their identities. Here's my attempt at ranking the ACC teams as they stand today. 1. Virginia Tech - The Hokies are winning games with special teams and defense while QB Sean Glennon gets his feet wet.
