Sushi chef creates flawless ‘shoe-shi’ replica of classic Air Jordans

Chef Yujia Hu doesn’t just make typical sushi rolls. You might remember Hu’s work from when he created sushi likenesses of NBA players. His new thing is turning sushi into spot-on recreations of shoes, specifically NBA players’ signature sneakers like the classic red and black Air Jordans. Even if you don’t like raw fish or sneakers, you have to admit these are pretty sweet.
