Not much seems to faze North Carolina quarterback Cam Sexton. Playing in his first college football game? He cracks a one-liner about how he might look on HDTV. Going for it on a key fourth down? He teases the head coach about when to call timeout. Starting for the first time in a hostile environment at Clemson? He'll probably choose a random moment to ask if there's anything stuck in his teeth, according to teammates. (Raleigh News & Observer)
