40 of college baseball's top relief pitchers have been named to the Midseason Watch List for the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Stopper of the Year Award. UNC redshirt freshman Josh Hiatt, who is tied for the ACC lead with 12 saves, is among the candidates. Hiatt has a 1.39 ERA in 23 appearances. Opponents are hitting a paltry .143 against him.
