After four weeks of college football, we're about to get into the meat of the ACC conference schedule and find out how good some of these teams are. Here's my attempt at ranking the ACC teams as they stand today. #10. North Carolina - After yet another defensive meltdown against Clemson, it's looking pretty grim in Chapel Hill these days.
