The Price of Change at North Carolina


What many fans don't see are the numerous problems that a coaching change can cause within a football program. Sure a new coach may spark a stagnant program to a couple more wins per season, but it can also decimate current and future recruiting classes and cost a lot of money with no guarantees that the new coach will be any better.
