Recovering from health scare, Dooley keeps watch over his former teams


is revered throughout North Carolina for taking over two miserable college football programs, toughening them up and creating a pair of winners at North Carolina and Wake Forest. He did it first with the Tar Heels. Now, at the same time Wake Forest is off to its best start since Dooley walked the sideline, Dooley is working on a comeback of his own as he recovers from suffering an aortic aneurysm six months ago.
