No Time Off: Peppers has silenced detractors

It's seems ludicrous now, especially in the light of what Julius Peppers has been doing for the Carolina Panthers over the first five games this season. And it's not as if monumental scouting mistakes haven't been made by the NFL over the years. But the supposed knock on Peppers coming out of college rivals the old Ryan Leaf vs. Peyton Manning debate for pure absurdity.
