As the silver anniversary of UNC’s 1967 season winds down, it is shaping up much like the one 50 years ago. Carolina will head into next week’s ACC Tournament as the top seed once again. That’s what happened in 1967 as the Tar Heels began a three-year run of unequaled dominance. And, dominance is the only way to describe what has happened here on the basketball court in the last five decades.
