8. Justin Jackson, North Carolina. Jackson’s improvement during his three years in Chapel Hill has been striking. His size and frame make him a new-age matchup from hell, but he also has a lot of old school array of fades and floaters, not to mention a throwback mid-range game. He is the best player on what is increasingly looking like the nation’s most talented team.
