Posted Feb 24, 2017
Brian Miller's two-out, two-run homer in the eighth inning was the difference in No. 9 North Carolina's 2-0 win over visiting Radford Friday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium. J.B. Bukauskas and Zack Ridgely were locked in a pitching duel over seven shutout innings before Miller's long ball broke the deadlock. Rodney Hutchison Jr. got his first win of the year in relief.
