North Carolina coach John Bunting agreed Sunday that linebacker Durell Mapp hit Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn out of bounds early in the fourth quarter of the Tar Heels' 45-26 loss Saturday. However, "what's not clear to me is why we were assessed another personal foul and why Notre Dame was not assessed a personal foul for having their entire bench, and I would say a majority of their coaches -- their strength coaches and other personnel -- out of their bench area," Bunting said.
