NBA's new rule a baby-blue blessing?

The Tar Heels may need to thank "The League" for some of their incoming talent. A new NBA mandate, which went into effect this past summer, states that a player must be at least 19 years old and one year removed from high school before entering the NBA. That means the likes of point guard Ty Lawson, shooting guard Wayne Ellington and power forward Brandan Wright had little option but to go to college. (Raleigh News & Observer)
