A trick play helped changed the tone for No. 22 North Carolina in Saturday’s 35-14 conquest of Virginia on Saturday. And yet there wasn’t much tricky about a suddenly solid defense. The Tar Heels used that combination to keep pace in the Atlantic Coast Conference’s Coastal Division in a breezy setting at Scott Stadium.
