UNC Women's Soccer Falls to Notre Dame

The 20th-ranked Notre Dame women’s soccer team downed the 11th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels Friday 1-0 at Alumni Stadium, handing UNC its first ever loss against the Fighting Irish in South Bend in six games. Carolina dominated much of the possession in the first half and had outshot the Fighting Irish 8-6 in the opening 45 minutes.
