North Carolina Central University men's basketball head coach LeVelle Moton has announced that University of North Carolina men's basketball head coach Roy Williams will serve as the special guest speaker at the inaugural NCCU Men's Basketball Tip-Off Banquet & Auction on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. in McDougald-McLendon Arena.
