Which college basketball rivalry will be the season's most important?

The North Carolina-Duke and Louisville-Kentucky rivalries will both be entertaining. Both will be mean. (UNC-Duke is hardly civilized; The Tar Heels' academic scandal and Grayson Allen’s tripping propensity do not go unnoticed in opposing gyms.) But Duke-North Carolina, in the grand scheme of things, will be slightly more meaningful.
