U.S. Women's Field Hockey Team Stays Unbeaten In Olympic Play


The U.S. scored two goals in the first five minutes of play and rolled to a 6-1 win over Japan Wednesday in Olympic women’s field hockey action. Team USA, ranked No. 5 in the world, remains undefeated in Olympic play. Goalkeeper Jackie Briggs, one of five Tar Heels on the team, has given up just three goals in the first three Olympic games.
