Replay, officiating in ACC football going bigger

Under the ACC’s new collaborative replay system, Coordinator of Football Officiating Dennis Hennigan will equip and staff what might be called a “replay war room.” After conferring with the NFL, Hennigan mapped out plans to provide support for his stadium replay people. Collaborative replay in the ACC is billed as a one-year experiment.
