James Taylor's childhood home in Chapel Hill sold at auction

The sprawling expanse of the home, nestled in greenery and stretching over 23 scenic, wooded acres, lies only one and a half miles from UNC’s campus. It’s the home famed musician James Taylor grew up in, and decades later, it’s been auctioned.The property on the 600 block of Morgan Creek Road, which has an estimated value of $1.5 million, was sold on June 29.
