Rest sparks Tar Heels to big win

Roy Williams put the North Carolina men's basketball team through just two full practices during the past week, allowing his players time to prepare for exams and get some rest. But Williams' emphasis during the pair of two-hour workouts was clear: defense, defense, defense. That showed Saturday afternoon in a couple of ways during No. 3 UNC's 93-62 victory over UNC Asheville. (Durham Herald-Sun)
