Former Tar Heel Amanda Barnes Named First ECU Women's Lacrosse Head Coach

Amanda Barnes has been named the first head coach of the East Carolina women's lacrosse program according to an announcement from athletics director Jeff Compher Monday. Before beginning her coaching career, Barnes was a four-year letterwinner at North Carolina where she helped lead the Tar Heels to the NCAA quarterfinals in each of her four seasons.
