ACC Coastal win totals: Can UNC bring stability to the top of the division?

North Carolina has the highest predicted win total, according to Vegas Insider, and Virginia has the lowest but the rest of the ACC's Coastal Division is separated by just 1.5 games. Making any predictions about this division is a fool's game, but I love the chaos too much not to try and predict the unpredictable. UNC, 8.5
