Cal ‘in the mix’ for Kentucky transfer Marcus Lee

Cal is “in the mix” for Kentucky transfer Marcus Lee, according to a source close to the program. The source wasn’t able to confirm the ESPN report that the Bears are “the early front-runner”. On Wednesday, after removing his name from the 2016 NBA Draft, Lee announced he intends to play his senior year for another school. He will sit out next season before becoming eligible for 2017-18.
