Pitt RB James Conner says he is cancer-free

James Conner says he is cancer-free. More than six months after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the Pittsburgh running back announced the good news on Monday. Conner, the 2014 ACC Player of the Year, completed his 12th and final chemotherapy treatment earlier this month. Throughout his treatment, Conner continued to train for the 2016 season.
