Ohio State transfer Daniel Giddens lands at Alabama

Alabama received a commitment from Ohio State transfer Daniel Giddens, a former 2015 four-star center, following his official visit to Tuscaloosa on Sunday. Giddens, originally from Marietta, Georgia, chose Alabama over home-state Georgia, Pitt and TCU. Giddens had taken official visits to his other three finalists, but the opportunity at Alabama pushed the Tide over the hump.
